Q - Why don't you post more often/review more whiskies?
A - We're not just seeking out great, cheap whiskies for ambiguous people with limited budgets; we're on a budget, too! We'd love to be able to review a different Scotch every week (or even every day), but we just can't afford to.
Q - What's the difference between the two spellings, "whisky" and "whiskey?"
A - The simplest answer is, nothing really. They're just two different ways to spell the same thing. However, the spellings tend to follow geographic boundaries. The rule of thumb is that if the country of origin has an "e" in its name, so does "whisk(e)y." For example, whisky from Scotland or Canada doesn't have an "e" because "Scotland" and "Canada" don't have "e"s, whereas whiskey from America or Ireland does have an "e" because "America" and "Ireland" do have "e"s.
